Preforms packing

Preforms packing must ensure protection of products from contamination, atmospheric precipitation and mechanic damage.

For storage and transport PET-preforms are packed into polyethylene sacks (state standard GOST 12302) or of any other material admitted to contact with food products. Then they are packed into boxes of corrugated cardboard (GOST 9147), which are permitted to be used in the established order and meet the requirements for items contacting food products.

Preforms having been packed, transport boxes are placed onto pallets. In order to provide tightness of preforms packing, as well as to increase their strength, transport boxes placed on pallets are tied with polypropylene tapes or wrapped into some stretch film.

It’s possible, upon the client’s consent, to make use of other kinds of packing, ensuring safety of products, their protection during transport and storage from contamination, atmospheric precipitation and mechanic damage.

A packed unit is considered to be a transport package.

A quality pass is issued for every lot of performs.

Caps packing

Caps packing must ensure their protection from contamination, atmospheric precipitation and mechanic damage.

For storage and transport caps are packed into polyethylene sacks in conformity with the state standard GOST 10354, then put into boxes, made of corrugated cardboard in conformity with the GOST 9142 and sealed with polyethylene adhesive tape in conformity with the GOST 20477.

It’s possible for caps packing, upon a client’s consent, to make use of other kinds of packing, ensuring safety of products quality.

Caps having been packed, transport boxes are placed onto pallets.

Arrangement on pallets looks like this: 5 boxes in the horizontal line and not more than 5 boxes in the vertical line. In order to provide tightness of packing, as well as to increase their strength, a completed pallets is wrapped into some stretch film.

Transport pallets are arranged in one tier. It’s admissible to make use of other arrangements on pallets upon the client’s consent.

Capacity of the boxes used as transport packing

Preforms are packed into boxes of corrugated cardboard of the size 1200*1000*1020.

The capacity of the transport box varies as follows: 12480 pieces for performs of the weight 17.5/19.4 g, 13824 pieces in case of presence of an antistatic additive; 8160 pieces for performs of the weight 34.8/31.2 g, 9024 pieces in case of presence of an antistatic additive. A single box is placed onto the pallet.

Caps for preforms in the number of 5500 are packed into boxes of corrugated cardboard of the size 400*400*600. Boxes are placed onto the pallet in five rows, each row composed of five boxes.
